General Conditions & payment methods


  • For detailed and complete Terms and Conditions, please refer to the General Terms & Conditions page.
  • To confirm the booking, we require a deposit of 40% to be received no later than 7 days following your reservation.
  • Payment via Credit Card or PayPal (electronic invoice).
  • This deposit is non-refundable in the event of  cancellation.
  • The remainder of the total amount (60%) is payable on the first day of arrival.
  • At your arrival, we will require you to present your passport for us to take a photocopy.
  • Check-in after 2:00 pm
  • Check-out no later than 10:00 am
